It's a Plaid Kinda Day...

Plaid Flannel Shirt (Old Navy), Pink Long Sleeved Shirt (H&M), Totally Green Skinny Jeans (JC Penney), Toms "Classic" Woolen Slip on via (Nordstrom), Handbag Furla via (TJ Maxx), Watch Fossil Boyfriend Stainless Steel Watch via (Fossil),  and Gold Chain Bracelet & Silver Textured Chain Bracelet TheWayWeAre via (etsy).

The weather here in Indiana has officially turned cold to freezing inside, so I've decided to totally revamp my daily wardrobe, as I get older I'm choosing warmth over fashion.  (wink, wink)  Also, it helps that I'm a stay at home Mom, so I don't have to get to dress up everyday, but I do miss wearing my cute summer dresses and skirts, but I've got to stay warm.

Since I'm trying to stay warm, I have falling in love with these plaid flannel shirts, their comfortable, warm and I'm able to layer them and still look cute while I'm out running errands.  I decided to pair my flannel shirt with a pink long sleeved shirt, colored jeans, my blue woolen Toms, my Furla, and gold & silver accessories.

Do you own a flannel shirt?  If so, how do you style yours?  If you don't own a plaid flannel shirt, you've got to try one, and show me how you styled yours.

  3. I have not owned a plaid shirt in a few years but I have always loved them. I like to wear a tank top under them and leave the plaid shit halfway buttoned or not buttoned at all. I use to wear mine like a jacket.

Love yours and totally agree about them being comfortable.
