Lately I've been shopping around for more striped tops to add to my collection, so while I was in H&M one day, I stumbled upon this striped top and it was only $9.95.  Score!  So, of course I had to buy it along with a few more, but different colors:)

My prayers have been answered and my house sold this past weekend.  YEAH!  I was so excited I almost cried out, however I have a new dilemma.  My boys and I have to be out of our home in six weeks into another place.  So, I'm asking for your prayers again because there aren't many apartments where I live and the few that are near by don't do short time leases and that's exactly what I need.  So, please remember me and my family in your prayers.
For my outfit for today was pretty simple and casual, a mint colored sweater, a pair of skinny jeans and brown boots.  My accessories were gold and I added a touch of pink for color in my bracelet:)  I don't know if you have noticed or not, but I've been doing a little jewelry making lately and so far I enjoy it, so keep looking for my pieces from now on:)

I'm so over cold weather, the snow, sleet and rain, spring please hurry up and come, so I don't have to keep bundling up when I leave my house.  Today, I'm wearing a blouse I've owned for a couple of years now and I totally forgot that I owned it.  Although, this is my first time wearing it on my blog, I love the orange color of it:)  Can you tell?

Look What I Got: A Striped Shirt

I decided to do something a little different today and paired a striped tee with a navy blazer, usually when I wear my blazers I try and style them with a blouse or sleeveless top.  However, I really liked how my outfit came out and it was only $10 at JC Penney.  Score!  Also, yesterday I thought I would try my hand at jewelry making and I made myself several bracelets like the red chain bracelet I'm wearing in my photos and I'm really proud of myself:)  I think I'm going to make bracelets this weekend:)

Influential Women Link Up

Today I'll be linking up with some of the lovely women from the Influence Network.  Also, I'm so excited to be apart of this network, and I can't wait to get to meet more of you:)

Three Things about Me:

1.  I sing, in high school and college I did most of my singing, but after getting married and starting a family I've stopped, but I miss it.  

2.  Also, I've always wanted to own a pet, but my Mom wouldn't let me have one, so I went online to     Craig's List and found my English Toy Spaniel named Sir, and I've had him for three years now:)  

3.  My husband and I met in college, but didn't start dating until his senior year.  While dating we find  out that his Dad and my Mom were freshmen together in college.  What a small world, right?  

One valuable thing that I've gained from the Network: 
About founding my voice and not being to scared or embarrassed to speak or to even write about what's on my mind.  Also, finding purpose not only with other people, but finding my purpose with God and what He wants me to do.
