A Floral Arrangement

H&M Blazer (similar), Francesca's Top (here), JBrand Jeans (similar), JCPenny Boots (similar), c/o Joules Satchel (here), Michael Kors Watch (similar), Monogram Necklace (here), and Luxe Craving Bracelet (here).

For my outfit today, I decided to wear a floral blouse I picked up last week at Francesca's.  Although, I'm a stay at home Mom it doesn't mean I can't dress up from time to time, right?  So, last week I decided I would expand my closet more and by purchasing several blouses and this was one of them.  I decided to pair my blouse with a blue blazer, flare bottom jeans, a navy satchel, and gold accessories.

So, the navy satchel that I'm carrying today was complimentary from Joules.  For those of you who know me, know that I'm a big handbag girl, so when I received this beautiful navy satchel in the mail, I was excited and couldn't wait to style it.  I liked this particular satchel because I was able to shop without having to worry about my handbag, also I was able to extend the strap and wear it across my body, so I was hands free while shopping.  I would definitely recommend this satchel to my friends:)

However, not only does Joules carry beautiful handbags and totes, but they also have pretty women's quilted jackets.  So, don't forget to go and check out Joules:)

Disclaimer...This was a sponsored post by Joules and my satchel was complimentary, but the review was done by me.

February Cara Box

This was my first month participating in the Cara Box Exchange and it was fun.  What's a Cara Box Exchange?   Awesome things in the mail + meeting new women + encouragement =  Cara Box.  Kaitlyn started the monthly box swap and each month there's a different theme, from the season, to a color, to a topic.  Also, you're paired with another blogger and you begin getting to know each other.  Then towards the middle of the month you begin putting together your partner's box or package, specially for the woman that your paired with, then you ship it off to her and she will do the same for you.

Anyway, I was paired with Katie and I found out that she doesn't leave far from me, which I thought was really cool.  Although, I'm sorry we didn't get the chance to meet or chat, I had a fun time putting her box together and I hoped that she enjoyed it.  I'm looking forward to March's Cara Box Exchange and getting to know new bloggers:)  If your interested in participating in the Cara Box click here to sign up.

Faux Fur & Leopard Print

B Moss Coat (similar), Faux Fur Stole (similar), Old Navy Dress (similar), Hue Tights (here), Sole Society Pumps (here), H&M Handbag (similar), Michael Kors Watch (here) and Tom Ford Sunnies (here).

The weather here in Indiana is still cold out and it seems it's either snowing, sleeting, or raining out.  So, for my outfit today I decided to wear my black wrap dress I purchased from Old Navy awhile ago.  I'm not a big fan of cold weather, so when it comes time for me to wear dresses or skirts in the winter, I try to pair them with opaque tights and boots.  Anyway, I completed my outfit with a pair of Hue Tights, animal print wedges, my handbag, a gold watch, and my Tom Ford sunnies.

Mani Monday: Lincoln Park

Although, I didn't polish my nails this past week, I did however go and get a manicure over the weekend, so I thought I would link up my with Heather from Glitter & Gloss for her Mani Monday.  Although, I receive a manicures on a regular basis, I'm in love with nail gels, I can do my housework, the dishes and repeatedly wash my hands throughout the day and my nails still look great:)   So, of course I'm wearing a gel nail color on my nails and it's by OPI GelColor called Lincoln Park.

Here's a photo of my nails:

30 Days of Lists

I'm a huge lister and I enjoy writing in my journal everyday, so I thought I would participate in 30 Days of Lists, which is an encouragement and challenge that I CAN journal just something every day - even something as small as a list.

So, for the month of March, each day I will be giving a list prompt, about anything from weekend goals to celebrity crushes.  So, by the end of the month I will have a collection of entries creating a small snapshot of my life.

I only need 5-10 minutes a day to complete an entry, and that's all, just write.  There is no right or wrong way to do this and I don't like to daily list prompt I can change it.  Sounds like fun huh?
30 Days of Lists is a collaboration between Kam of Campfire Chic and Amy from Lemon and Raspberry.

Here's a photo of my supplies that I will be using for my 30 Days of Lists Journal:

Fuji Film Instax Mini 7S Camera, Moleskin Cahier JournalZig Memory System Pen, Mono Power Bond Adhesive Dispenser, Washi Tape, Memento Full Size Dye Inkpad, Studio Calico Clear Stamps, and Number Tags.

If you would like to participate in 30 Days of Lists here is the link to register.  So, come join with me in March's 30 Days of Lists:)

PS...I will post a photo of my completed journal in a couple of days:)

Relocating

As some of you know, my family and I are relocating to Maryland and boy has this been a long process, from getting our home show ready, to staying on my toes whenever the phone rings for a showing.  Although, my home has only been on the market for three months now, my husband starts his new job next week.  Since the school year is almost over, we decided that our boys would just finish out the school year, so I'll still be here in Indiana:(

I'm trying to be a happy camper through all of this, but I feel as though God is teaching me to be patient and to continue to rely on Him, so I will.  However, I will also continue to pray that our home sells when the time is right and my husband has a good work week.  Please continue to pray for me and my family during our relocation process.

Be My Valentine Gift Swap

I enjoy participating in different swaps and this particular swap was so much fun because it had a Valentine's theme to it.  I mean, who doesn't like Valentine's Day?  Also, I wanted to say a special thank you to Meg of Life of Meg for putting together the Be My Valentine Gift Swap, it was lots of fun:)  My swap partner was Chelsee, the blogger behind Southern Beauty Guide.  She was really sweet and I'm so glad I got a chance to meet her, and call her my new blogger friend.  Also, Chelsee has a great blog, so you you haven't had a chance to read it, please stop by and check out her blog.  Plus, you get a chance to see the fun items I put in her Valentine's package:

A Little Plaid & A Vest

Old Navy Vest (similar), Old Navy Shirt (here), Old Navy Tee Shirt (here), Old Navy Jeans (here), Nordstrom Flats (similar), Target Crossbody (here), Michael Kors Watch (here), ILY COUTURE Bracelet (here).

This week called for 40+ degree weather here in Indiana, so I decided I would wear one of my plaid shirts and sleeveless vest I purchased from Old Navy.  Even though it was a little cool outside, as long as I knew I could run in and out of buildings I was okay without a jacket.  I can't wait until spring, please come soon:)

So, I decided to pair my plaid shirt with a plain white t-shirt underneath, my green cargo vest, a pair of skinny jeans, brown flats, my crossbody bag, and gold accessories.
