Happy Hump Day Everyone!  It's hard to believe that it's Wednesday already, and my boys have finally returned back to school:)  Also, it's hard to believe that my house has been on the market for a month now and although we've had many eager house hunters have stopping by, we still don't have a buyer:(  However, I believe with all my heart when the time is right my house will sale, if not now soon.  Even if it means my boys and I will remain in Indiana till our house sells while my husband begins his new job in Maryland, I will continue to pray that our house sales soon:)

What I Wore Today was my blue blazer, a yellow peplum top, a pair of wide leg jeans, my Louis Vuitton handbag, a gold watch and my pave ILY COUTURE bracelet.

For my outfit today I decided to wear a gray sweater I purchased at Old Navy on sale for $15, while shopping for pajamas for my oldest son before our ski trip.  I purchased their brown sweater with a fox on the front also and there was another sweater available that I wanted, but it was sold out in my size before I could buy it:(  So, when I saw this sweater, I quickly scooped it up.  I decided to style my sweater with a pair of skinny jeans, a black tote, and black  & gold accessories.

So today I decided to link up with Heather from Glitter & Gloss for her Mani Monday.  Since I missed my regular nail appointment over Christmas my nails starting to looking pretty bad, so I thought I would give myself a manicure instead:)  I chose Sinful Colors Professional Nail Enamel "Bikini" for my nail enamel and Essie's Super Duper Top Coat for my base and top coat.  I applied 2 coats of the Bikini Nail Enamel and 2 coats of Essie for my base and top coat.

So my boys don't return back to school from their Winter Break until January 8th, why?  So, this week has been so nice because we've been able to stay up late at night and we could stay in the bed longer in the morning also.  However, recently it's been really great because my oldest son Aaron would get up at 6:30am rain or shine to get in the bed with me because he couldn't go back to sleep.  Now that's he's older he stays in his bed and sleeps, which means I can sleep also.  YEAH!!  My boys are growing up:)

For today I decided to pair my pink heart sweater with skinny jeans, a pair of brown boots, a tote, and pink and gold accessories.

Happy New Year Everyone!  So I my plans for 2013 are to be the best wife, Mom, blogger, and sewer that I can be.  Also, I would like to continue to grow my blog, become a better writer and I hope to start showcasing more of my sewing projects also.  So for my outfit for the day I chose to wear a pink sweater I purchased in store at Old Navy and I love brightness of the sweater.  I decided to style my sweater with dark colored bootcut jeans, a pair of brown tall boots, a handbag, and gold accessories.

Children and Cell Phones

I'm a mother of 2 boys and recently my husband and I decided to add a phone line on our cell phone  plan.  Originally, my eldest son wanted an I Pod Touch, I figured he was old enough to now have his own phone, plus I knew my husband was going to upgrade his I Phone 4 to the new I Phone 5, so I figured my son Aaron could have my husband"s I Phone 4 instead and we wouldn't have to buy a new I Pod Touch:)

Although, I'm a stay at home Mom, I make sure that I'm home before my eldest gets off the school bus, however, I still wanted him to have a cell phone.  I guess for me it was peace of mind, in case something happened and he couldn't get to the home phone or he was out and needed to call home, I knew he would have his cell phone on him.  Nowadays, it seems like there have been several tragic events involving children, that I would rather be safe than sorry.  Needless, to say my 11 year old does have an I Phone 4 and I have peace of mind that he can get in contact with me, my husband or Mother if need be.
